When I was a kid my older brother was diagnosed with Lyme disease. I know, hilarious right? That’s not even the best part. One of the side effects of the disease is mood swings. And there were days when he was just plain crazy. Whenever he got nuts we would just say “It’s not him, it’s the tick.” He was crazy pre-tick, but we gave him the benefit of the doubt.
